The decision to allow the import of public works machinery manufactured from 2000 onward is an important step for contractors and construction service providers. It expands access to the equipment needed for infrastructure, roads, debris removal, and concrete works.

At the same time, improvements in ports and railway links can reduce delivery time and support the internal distribution of building materials. For Syria's construction market, logistics will directly affect price, availability, and project execution speed.
