Yaafour 963 Brings a New Residential Concept to Rural Damascus Investment Group Overseas (IGO) has officially unveiled Yaafour 963, one of Syria's largest privately developed residential communities in recent years. Located in Yaafour, west of Damascus, the development covers approximately 144,000 square meters and features 1,280 residential apartments distributed across 12 residential buildings. More than 75% of the project's total area is dedicated to landscaped gardens, green spaces, pedestrian walkways, and recreational facilities. The development also includes a modern community club, children's play areas, sports facilities, underground parking, security services, and integrated infrastructure designed to meet international residential standards. Apartment options range from two-bedroom units to luxury penthouses, targeting both homebuyers and investors. According to the developer, handover is scheduled for the second quarter of 2029, while marketing and reservation procedures have already commenced.
